Using this site

These terms govern access to and use of the Aibotrix online store and apply when you place an order. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respect others’ rights and provide information that is accurate and current. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, or use the site to commit fraud or infringe another person’s rights.

Products, descriptions and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, dimensions, compatibility, included pieces and prices accurately. Review the specific product listing and checkout before ordering. Display settings may affect how colors appear. Product images and general guides are illustrative; the specific product description controls regarding dimensions and included items. Products are subject to availability.

Orders, price errors and cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for unavailability, suspected fraud, an address or payment issue, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid to the original payment method. If an unshipped order is delayed, our Shipping Policy explains your choice to accept the revised timing or cancel. Cancellation of an unshipped order is separate from the post-delivery return process.

Payment, shipping, returns and refunds

Checkout shows the methods available for your order, applicable taxes and any delivery charges. Products are one-time purchases; no subscription or recurring billing is currently offered through this storefront. Delivery dates are estimates. The Shipping Policy, Payment Information and Refund Policy form part of the terms for an order and explain destinations, estimates, cancellation, return eligibility, prepaid labels and refund processing. If these policies give you greater protection or mandatory law gives you additional rights, those protections apply.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Site text, design, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Aibotrix and may not be reused without permission or a lawful basis. Product names, logos and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products; their display does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. The site may link to or load services operated by third parties, including Shopify and Google Maps. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their independent content or operations.

Disclaimer, liability and lawful limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its general information are provided without warranties beyond warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, remedy, liability or other right that applicable law makes non-excludable. To the extent permitted by law, Aibotrix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site; this does not limit liability for matters that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension, changes and governing law

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or site security, or where required by law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with its effective date; changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted except where permitted by law. The law governing a transaction is determined by applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections; these terms do not select a jurisdiction to displace rights that must apply.
