Shipping Policy

Quick summary: Standard delivery is $0 with no minimum to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations. Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days; estimated transit is 2–4 business days after dispatch; total estimated delivery is 3–6 business days from order placement.

Destinations and shipping charges

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO or other military addresses, or destinations outside the United States. Standard shipping is $0 for eligible addresses and there is no minimum order value. Taxes and any other charges, if applicable, appear at checkout before you place an order.

Order processing and delivery estimates

We generally process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our total estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date you place the order, including processing and transit. These estimates are not guarantees. Carrier operations, weather, address issues and events outside our control may affect timing.

Delays, tracking and cancellation

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking details after dispatch. If we learn before dispatch that a material delay will affect the expected shipping timeline, we will contact you with a revised estimated date and let you choose whether to accept the new timing or cancel the unshipped order. If you cancel an unshipped order, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method promptly, subject to payment provider posting times. If an order has already shipped, contact us and we will help review tracking and the available next steps.
