Currency, methods and order total

Prices and checkout are presented in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed in checkout; availability depends on the transaction and payment provider. We do not promise a payment method that is not displayed there. Taxes and any delivery charges, if applicable, are shown before you submit your order. Standard shipping is $0 for eligible destinations in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC.

One-time purchases

Products are sold as one-time purchases. Aibotrix does not currently offer subscriptions, automatic renewals or recurring charges through this storefront. No recurring charge will be made unless a separately offered subscription is clearly described and you affirmatively enroll in it.

Payment processing and order review

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and payment providers. A payment provider processes the payment transaction; it is not the seller of the products. Aibotrix is the seller for orders placed with this store. Your provider may authorize or reserve funds before final capture. To protect customers and the store, we may review order details for fraud prevention, verify an order, delay fulfillment or cancel an order where permitted by law. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Duplicate charges, declines and security

If your statement appears to show a duplicate charge, first check whether one entry is a temporary authorization. If two settled charges remain, contact us with your order number and the dates and amounts; do not send full card numbers or security codes. For a declined payment, use a method shown at checkout or contact your provider. We will never ask by email for your full card number, CVV/security code, password, one-time code, cryptocurrency or bank transfer.

Refunds

Approved returns are governed by our Refund Policy. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
