Refund Policy

Quick summary: Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible approved returns receive a prepaid label at our expense. Contact us before sending anything; our mailing address is not an automatic return address.

Return request period and condition

To request a return, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery and provide your order number and reason. Items must be unused and undamaged and include the accessories and packaging supplied with them. We will confirm whether the return is eligible and give you the correct return instructions and destination. Do not send an item to our contact address unless we direct you to do so.

Return shipping and fees

For an approved eligible return under this policy, Aibotrix pays the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, incorrect or missing, contact us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the report and provide a prepaid label or other appropriate resolution as required by applicable law. Nothing here reduces mandatory consumer rights.

Inspection and refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Orders not yet shipped

Cancellation is handled separately from a return. Contact us promptly to cancel an order that has not shipped. If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method promptly; this cancellation refund does not depend on receiving or inspecting a returned item. If the order has shipped, contact us about the return process above.
